How To Help Yourself

Here’s why! When your body is in the 100 to 120 zone consistently for a period of time, your body calls for a hormone called INSULIN. Real butter – whole eggs – coconut oil – olive oil – avocados – raw nuts – these foods will not cause you to keel over from a heart attack, unlike all those sugar loaded goodies and processed foods. In fact these are exactly the foods you need to help you burn fat.
Given that sugar is enemy number 1, then processed foods would be enemy number 2, as they also contain an incredible amount of sugar in addition to lots of harmful chemicals that make it almost impossible for your body to burn off fat.
These chemicals interfere with your liver’s own effective food processing abilities. You need the liver to be working optimally in these two main processes – the breaking down of fats, and the filtering of harmful substances from the blood.
When your liver is engaged in the break-down of harmful matter and its energy is being spent on these tasks; do you think it will also have time and energy to process your unwanted body fat? The interference from harmful foods is a great set-back to you weight reduction goals.
The obvious solution to help your liver, and yourself, is to stop feeding on the bad foods we’ve discussed.
Additionally you should definitely not even go near any of these:
Artificial sweeteners (some of which crystallize your liver – and we need that!) – High fructose corn syrup (a major culprit found in almost anything sweet tasting, and guilty of fat storage and preventing fat burning) – Hydrogenated oils made to look like whipped cream, and even processed Soy products.
All these items make it hard for our liver to function properly. We may think we are not consuming these things, but they’re found in many products we do eat, unbeknown to us. If you look, you’ll find high fructose syrup in – yogurt – cereals – whole wheat bread – packaged snacks – ready mix syrups of all kinds, and lots of other thing you’ll discover if you read labels.
Help yourself and your liver get in fat burning mode by greatly reducing, better yet eliminating, all processed foods from your diet. Things such as ready made and microwavable dinners, diet sodas, diet health bars, and soy products are just a couple of the things to avoid from a long list of foods that require heavy processing.
Instead eat foods that contain a single element, like: steak, eggs, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, rice, sweet potatoes, among lots of others. There are literally hundreds of tasty meals that can be created by combining these foods.
